Daddy Daughter Date

Carlie has been wanting to go to a Utah game forever!! She is always trying to get me to give her my ticket every time there is a game.  She was in heaven!! The smile never left her face the entire game!! She even got her very own Utah hat:)

Dance Company {Flash Mob}

Carlie danced in a "flash mob" at Gardner Village along with many other dance teams in Utah to help raise food for the Utah Food Bank. They all had to dress up like Zombies. There were so many people that came the dancers hardly had any room to move!! Hopefully a lot of food was donated:)

Habitat Project

Cayden's first school project! He had to make a Habitat, he chose to make the Rainforest using his "monkey's in a barrel".

Back to School!!

This year we all got to go back to school! I am an instructor in a 3rd grade class! I also teach a group of 1st graders for reading and spelling and a group of 2nd graders for math. It is a LOT of work and has been overwhelming going back to work after being home for 6 years but I have loved it so far:) The kids love that I get to go to school everyday with them!!

Tour of Utah 2012

Lance took the kids to watch a leg of the Tour of Utah while I was working on Friday and they found some of the Liquigas race team taking a break! 

 Saturday we went to the leg of the race that ended at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon. One of the cyclists tossed his water bottle to Cayden!! He thought that was pretty neat!!

You can't read it very well but we wrote with chalk on the road "GO TED KING"! Lance got to ride with him last year when Infinite Cycles rode with the Liquigas Team....

Lance got invited to go with a friend to several legs of the Tour of Utah and sit in the VIP section!!

My Great-Grandma turned 100 years old!! I was sad the kids and I couldn't make it back to Indiana for the celebration. Maybe we will make it back for birthday 101:)

1 lap down and 6 donuts:) 2 more laps to go and one more chance to eat more donuts!

 In almost every picture someone looks like they are going to throw up!! That is the number one rule, you can't throw up along the donut line!! You have to wait until you go around the corner:) Very considerate of the people who run this race, who really wants to see that!! :)

Lance just finished racing 21 miles and ate 10 donuts!!! (You get 3 min. deducted off your time for each donut you eat)
