Cayden is 7 years old!! Pretty soon he is not going to fit on my lap:) He has been keeping track for a month now how many days were left until his birthday!!

 He got lots of Lego's and things to keep him busy this summer:)

 Donuts for breakfast when it's your birthday!

 He couldn't wait to take Dunford donuts for his birthday treat at school. He was the most popular kid at recess handing them out!! I think a few kids who weren't even in his class tried to get one:)

 Ever since he went on a field trip this year to the Planetarium he has wanted a telescope!! He said he loves Science stuff!! He was so excited when this was on the porch when he got home from school:)

 We stayed overnight downtown, went swimming, ate his favorite thing right now (Subway) for dinner, and went shopping at City Creek. Spent his birthday money at the Disney Store!!

 The night of his birthday he chose to go to Chuck A Rama!! We NEVER eat at buffets anymore so our kids think it is the greatest place ever:) I think the only thing he ate was the warm cinnamon rolls and pizza!

Cayden loves playing soccer so this was the perfect cake! He is a very kind and thoughtful little boy, always thinking of others before himself. He loves Lego's, Subway, playing outside and anything to do with science and space right now. He wants to be a Spy when he grows up!! We sure love Cayden!! Happy Birthday!!

Dance Company {Spring Recital}

 Carlie has had so much fun being on a competition team this year at Elite!! The girls on her team were so nice and welcomed her onto the team from the very beginning (most of the girls had been on the team the year before).

Carlie was in 6 dances tonight!! She has worked very hard this year and it has been so fun and amazing to see how much she has grown and developed as a dancer!! Sometimes I watch her and can't believe that is really Carlie up on the stage!! 

Baseball 2013

 Cayden tried machine pitch this year with his friend Brody.  It was a rough season with the weather! It was usually freezing cold or so windy they couldn't hit the balls that were being sent through the pitching machine. They still had a fun time though playing together!!

Dance Company {Showtyme Classic}

 The Showtyme Classic at Clearfield High School (Carlie's last competiton for the season)!!

 They took 1st and 2nd place for their dances today!!

 Elite won the High Point overall Studio!! Great way to end the season!!

 Cayden and Lance rode the FrontRunner down to Clearfield to meet us after the competition so we could go out to dinner and celebrate!!

Builder of the Month {Carlie}

Carlie is the Builder of the Month for March. The theme this month is "I am a builder when I use courteous and encouraging words." Carlie exemplifies this theme by always using kind, considerate and encouraging words and actions. Carlie is quiet, but when she talks, only kind words come out. She also backs up her kind and encouraging words with actions. She is very helpful to have in the classroom. She never complains, even if things aren't going her way. Carlie is an encouraging CHAMPION.  - Mrs. Rakowski

Art Show

Carlie's art teacher selected a few students to display their picture in the art show at South Town Mall. Carlie was so excited to be picked!! It was fun to go to the mall and see her artwork along with the other students from American Prep!!
