For the last few summers we have traveled to Mesquite, Nevada with Lance's family. The kids love playing with there cousins and love the waterslides! It was between 115 degrees and 120 degrees the entire trip!! It is one of the hottest places I have ever been. We live at the pool and only get out to go to dinner:)
Carlie loved the waterslides and especially loved that she could touch the bottom of the pool this year!! She could go down the slides all by herself and not have to be caught at the bottom:)
Cayden decided when we got to Mesquite that he could swim now on his own (as long as he had his life jacket on). He loved it because he could go in the deep part and he could go down the slide by himself and swim back over to the side of the pool!!
Cayden loved the waterslides and went down them at least 100 times during the week!!

Cayden got bit while in the pool by some angry red ant with wings! His hand immediately swelled up and hurt really bad.
We went to Vegas one day and saw Michael Jackson and a few other celebrities!!

This looks like it was a lot of fun, and some great pictures. I can't believe the weather was that hot though, I would have melted for sure out there!
So fun but so hot! Glad you had a good time... as for the cookies- they are delish! And you have to use the cocoa crispies, it makes them even better. Glad you liked them!
I can't believe you didn't melt with all that heat! Its a good thing you lived at the pool! Looks super fun.
